Makayla's bath

I took this just after Makayla's bath. She is so cute in her little hoodie towel. She is wearing an inquisitive expression, much like Ella wore when she was a tiny baby too! No doubt, they're sisters!

The Girls

Here is Ella and Makayla with my sisters daughter Kaitlyn. Ella thinks Kaitlyn is the coolest and follows her around whenever they're together. Kaitlyn loves Ella and is delighted to have her for a shadow.... they both like to help with the baby as much as I or Grandma Jorgensen will let them. I'm sure once Makayla is crawling she will be following them around as well.

Sisters

This is Ella and Makayla about two weeks ago. Ella has decided she likes all the "new" baby toys, and they must all be for her to play with too. Good thing she loves Makayla and is willing to share with her.

All dolled up

We have dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Tate's home with the whole family once a month. Ella decided it was time to play dress-up with Emily's shoes and bracelet, she is a dish isn't she?!

Ella Jayne

This is Ella back in July enjoying corn on the cob, can you tell it's one of her favorites?! She is still dragging a "blankie" around, as you can see, it's tucked behind her for safe keeping.

Baby Makayla

My friend Katie came and took some cute photos of Makayla a few weeks ago.  She is one month old now and is more alert and active!

Makayla Noel entered this world at 11:06 on 8/8/8 weighing 8 pounds 8 ounces.

Kristen much preferred labor the second time around.

Makayla is just perfect!

Ella Jayne is most certainly the boss when is comes to the Tate crew.

However, as we establish this blog; an emerging star is entering the scene. Ella's little sister was born a couple of days ago. This blog will primarily document the adventures of two little princesses.

Mom and Dad may through in a story or two as well.

Being new to this, hopefully it is fun to read.
